The Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFOO) is a transformational and innovative executive who is adept at leading within a highly complex, nimble organization with a rapid pace of activity and changing requirements. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the CFOO will be accountable for the leadership of the Finance, Technology, Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Excellence functions of the organization, as well as financial oversight of the Ontario Medical Association insurance program.
The new Chief Finance and Operations Officer for the OMA will possess progressively senior leadership experience with increasing levels of accountability in a highly complex service-oriented organization. Their professional and leadership experience will be complemented by a Master’s Degree in Business, Administration, Accounting, Finance, and a CPA designation.
