The ideal candidate will have achieved qualification as either a nurse, physician or member of an allied health discipline, coupled with a Masters Degree in a health-related or business field; 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in an acute-care environment, complemented with senior leadership experience in a complex integrated health delivery system; broad knowledge of the healthcare environment and awareness of current trends and best practices in health service delivery, within a medical and administrative dyad structure.
