The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in senior management healthcare roles, ideally with significant experience or exposure to clinical programs. She/he will possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Health Service Administration, Business Administration, or related area of graduate study. In the ideal, the selected candidate will be a Regulated Health Professional; however, strong leaders across a variety of healthcare domains will be considered. The successful candidate will preferably have experience leading large and complex re-development projects. As important as the formal experience and preparation, the successful candidate will possess fundamental leadership qualities – superb business acumen, collaboration, innovation, communication and demonstrated people leadership skills across the health care community, demonstrating the ability to succeed in approval of strategic development initiatives.
