Determine Targeted Search StrategyWith your input, we establish the parameters of the search and prepare a workplan for your review.
Attract and Evaluate CandidatesThrough a combination of outreach, promotion & sourcing, we engage potential candidates and assess their fit for the role and the organization.
Present Candidates for InterviewWe prepare a package, including candidate material, for presentation to the Search Committee.
Facilitate Client InterviewsWe prepare questions and all tools to ensure best practice interviews and make arrangements for interviews to be held off-site if you wish.
Conduct Further Due Diligence and Negotiate OfferWe arrange for full 360 reference checks, as well as police check and education verification; as well, we can arrange for Psychometric testing at your discretion.
Ongoing Follow Up and SupportWe stay connected to both the candidate and the client throughout the candidate's first year in the role and provide support where necessary.
Our Guarantee If your newly placed leader leaves within the first 12 months, we will conduct the search again with no additional cost to you.
