Placement: Centre for Effective Practice appoints Lena Salach as Chief Executive Officer

Mirams Becker is thrilled to share that Lena Salach has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer with The Centre for Effective Practice Board of Directors (CEP). Lena is a leader with deep expertise in primary care knowledge translation and behaviour change. Lena joined CEP in 2007, and has served in several senior leadership roles, most recently as interim CEO. During her rich 17-year tenure with CEP, Lena has made significant and pivotal contributions to its growth and impact. Lena possesses a dynamic combination of strategic thinking, in-depth understanding of CEP’s business and environment, and a deep commitment to enriching their organizational culture. Lena’s appointment to CEO follows an extensive international search. Her collaborative leadership, experience in the primary care sector, and her future facing vision made her the clear choice to guide CEP as they meet the needs and challenges facing primary care.
