In 2020, Penny Mirams and Hayley Becker formed Mirams Becker, a retained health care executive search firm, following successful careers building a healthcare practice within a global firm. Mirams Becker was born with a single vision – to provide their clients with the highest level of service and customization. Penny and Hayley selectively limit the number of engagements that they manage to ensure a high touch and tailored working partnership with their clients.
The current crisis in health care highlights the transformation required at all levels from front-line staff to the C-suite. Healthcare leaders are required to give more and do more, produce better outcomes, all with budgets that are shrinking. Penny and Hayley believe that this expectation should apply to those professionals who serve within the sector. This inspired the creation of Mirams Becker. They bring their deeply cultivated knowledge, expertise and passion in healthcare to serve in a way that the sector demands.
