Placement: Hamilton Health Sciences appoints new Board and Community Members
Mirams Becker is thrilled to share that Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS) has appointed new Board Members and Community Members following the annual general meeting (AGM) of its board of directors in June 2025.
Board Members include:
Brian Bidulka, CPA, CA, is a chartered accountant and business consultant with significant expertise in financial and business analytics. Mr. Bidulka has previously served as Chief Financial Officer and other senior executive roles of several public companies including Postmedia, George Weston Limited, BlackBerry Ltd. and Molson Coors, as well as Porter Airlines. He is also currently a board member and treasurer of Canada Basketball.
Chris Morley, is the Vice President, Government Relations at OMERS, where he helps the business navigate and build relationships with governments in priority global markets. Chris previously served as Chief of Staff and Director of Communications to the Premier of Ontario. He lives in Toronto with his wife and three young children. He currently sits on the board of the MLSE Foundation.
Eric Nanayakkara, is the Managing Partner of Regency Law Group, a full-service firm with its head office proudly located in downtown Hamilton. In addition to managing the firm, he operates a bespoke litigation practice. He has served as President and Director on numerous boards and takes pride in contributing to the advancement of arts, culture and his deeply focused meditation practice. Concurrent with his role as Trustee of Hillfield Strathallan College, he is the President of the Hamilton Club, a Director of the Hamilton Law Association and the immediate Past President of the Hamilton Lawyers’ Club.

Carl Aubé, is the Co-Founder of Optimal U. A visionary healthcare leader with a passion for transforming patient care through innovation, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships. With a career spanning executive roles at leading healthcare organizations—including LifeLabs, McKesson Canada, and BioScript Solutions—Carl has successfully launched patient-focused programs, digital health solutions, and business strategies that improve access to care while optimizing healthcare delivery.
Glenn Mitchell, is a a partner in Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice in Toronto, Canada. Industries served include asset management, real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, consumer business, manufacturing and distribution, insurance, IT hardware reseller and on-line education. Glenn led Deloitte’s National Client Experience Lab Program which offers a structured program for client service teams to develop a world-class experience for their clients. He is an Aspirations Program Mentor, helping to prepare partner candidates for the role of partner.
