Placement: KidsAbility appoints Bonnie DePaul as new Vice President, Client Services

Mirams Becker is thrilled to share that Bonnie DePaul has been selected as KidsAbility’s new Vice President, Client Services, beginning April 29, 2026.

KidsAbility is a recognized leader in providing early, family-centred support to help children and youth reach key developmental milestones while fostering hope and opportunity. KidsAbility supports over 17,000 children and youth across Waterloo Region and Guelph-Wellington to reach their communication, social, physical and behavioural goals each year.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Bonnie will provide both strategic and operational leadership across KidsAbility’s diverse clinical programs and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of service delivery, advancing KidsAbility’s mission and strategic priorities. She will oversee program planning, performance management, and quality improvement, while ensuring that all services reflect evidence-based best practices, timely and equitable access and a family centred experience.

Bonnie brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience supporting diverse clinical programs, improving operational performance, and fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration. Most recently, in her role at Dufferin Child and Family Services, she championed integrated service models, adaptability, and innovation in a complex, evolving environment.

Bonnie received her Bachelor of Applied Science in Child Studies from the University of Guelph, her Master of Education from the University of Toronto, and was trained by Dr. Brene Brown as a Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator.
