Tom Magyarody joins Mirams Becker as Advisor, Leadership Assessment

Toronto, July 19, 2021 — It is with great pleasure that Mirams Becker welcomes Tom Magyarody, P. Eng, MBA, ICD.D CEC, to the firm as an Advisor, Leadership Assessment.

“Tom brings extensive experience within the health care sector,” said Penny Mirams, Co-founder and Managing Partner. “We are excited to leverage his expertise in Hogan assessments and executive coaching to help our health care clients select the best candidate for each role.”

A highly respected senior executive and Board Director, Tom brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the health care sector, including a combined 17 years as CEO of the Ontario Medical Association and Ontario Dental Association. He has served as a Board Director on for-profit and not-for-profit organizations such as Blue Pier Pension Administration, Canadian Medical Foundation, OntarioMD, Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences and University of Toronto Schools.

In addition to supporting Mirams Becker with executive assessments and executive coaching, Tom is also CEO of TSM Executive Coaching and Consulting.

He is Hogan Personality Assessment Certified, a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University, and is also a member of the International Coaching Federation.
