Placement: Women Who Lead appoints Natalie Woods as Board Member

Mirams Becker is thrilled to share that our very own Natalie Woods, Principal, has been appointed to the Women Who Lead Board.

Women Who Lead helps professional women in health care and beyond develop their leadership skills and navigate the unique challenges faced by women at work. Over 400 people are part of this women’s leadership network and the team is entirely volunteer led. The goal of Women Who Lead is to create a movement that fills the pipeline with diverse women leaders who are ready to advance the healthcare landscape, equipping them with the skills and opportunities they need to succeed. Most importantly, it is a platform for partnership and inspiration that elevates and amplifies the contributions of women and the broader community.

This appointment is a testament to Natalie’s leadership, expertise, and long-standing commitment to excellence in healthcare and executive recruitment. In this new role, she will provide active governance oversight and contribute valuable insight to the board’s strategic direction while continuing her important work here at Mirams Becker.
