Placement: Catholic Health Sponsors of Ontario appoints Hrag Kakousian as Chief Operating Officer

Mirams Becker is thrilled to share that Catholic Health Sponsors of Ontario has selected Hrag Kakousian their new Chief Operating Officer, effective August 25, 2025.

Hrag joins CHSO with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in finance, technology, procurement, and strategic operations. In his previous roles, he was accountable for leading finance and accounting functions, delivering a portfolio of projects that provided business value and strategic alignment, developing and executing finance systems roadmaps, managing strategic vendor relationships, and fostering team engagement.

Hrag is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Honours degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo. He is passionate about continuous learning and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to CHSO as we advance our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care and services for communities across Ontario.
