Placement: VHA Home HealthCare appoints Alex Huluban as Director, Digital Operations
Mirams Becker is thrilled to share that Alex Huluban has been selected as VHA Home HealthCare’s new Director, Digital Operations, beginning February 17th.
VHA Home HealthCare (VHA) is one of the largest not-for-profit providers of publicly-funded home care in Ontario, with a team of over 3,000 homecare specialists providing personal support, nursing, rehab and community support services in Toronto and the GTA as well as in London, Kingston, and Ottawa.
As the Director, Digital Operations, Alex will partner with the VP, Digital Health & CIO to execute VHA’s digital strategy, championing projects that modernize healthcare delivery, from AI enablement and analytics to platform integration and cybersecurity. He will oversee industry leading enterprise applications, drive digital transformation, and advance VHA’s AI roadmap and analytics capabilities, as well as overseeing operational excellence, and human-centric innovation by delivering digital solutions that automate processes, enhance care quality, and reflect the needs and voices of clients and providers.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience across healthcare, SaaS, and fintech environments, Alex has helped organizations translate digital strategy into measurable impact, enhancing operational efficiency, security, and care delivery through technology. In his most recent role as Director of Technical Services at AlayaCare, Alex led a large-scale expansion of SaaS operations, significantly increasing service delivery capacity and driving revenue growth. He also introduced AI-driven automation and data interoperability frameworks that streamlined adoption across enterprise healthcare networks.
