Senior Director, Integrated Client & Community Care
As a strategic leader within VHA’s Integrated Client and Community Care (IC&CC) department, the Senior Director leads high-performing leadership teams that deliver programs and services across Ontario’s central and eastern regions and drives strategic business growth. This role provides visionary leadership to expand service capacity, leads the implementation of high impact improvement initiatives with their teams, cascades a data-first philosophy in operational decision-making and building solid relationships with strategic partners. With a strong operational mindset and a population health approach, the Senior Director leads strategic planning, drives consistency in practices, optimizes operational performance, and develops talent within their portfolio.

Senior Director, Integrated Client & Community Care Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will hold a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a master’s degree in a related health care discipline, along with a minimum of eight years of experience in health care administration and/or community care. This includes at least five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, working with dynamic and diverse teams.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of home care, not-for-profits, and community support sectors, with unionized environments considered an asset. They bring demonstrated success leading transformational change, managing complex initiatives, and building effective partnerships to support health system integration. Strong political acumen, diplomacy, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with professionalism, positivity, and a strong attention to both detail and strategic priorities.
